Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel the experience day you have booked, you can do this up to 14 days prior to the date to receive a full refund. Please email us at info@mxtryout.com to organise this.
If you need to cancel your day less than 14 days prior to the date booked, we are unable to provide a refund as we will have scheduled our staff in advance to suit the numbers booked on.Ā
Rescheduling Bookings
You may reschedule your booking up to 14 days prior to the date booked. You can do this manually yourself via the Appointo system that we use. Bookings cannot be rescheduled less than 14 days prior to the date booked. If you have any problems rescheduling your booking please contact us at info@mxtryout.com.
Postponements
We do not like to cancel our days due to the weather, but in some cases, our tracks are unable to cope with adverse weather which can make riding and your off-road experience unsafe.Ā
If we decide the weather/track conditions are inappropriate to run our MX Tryout Experience, we will postpone the day and notify all that have booked on. You can then rebook your day on any of the other dates we have available for the rest of the year.Ā
As a small company, we are unfortunately unable to provideĀ refunds for postponed events as we have overheads to cover.
